We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, has strong communication skills, and is interested in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
Asset Allocation analysis (tracking performance, risk, and return using Morningstar Workstation).
Research/Security selection and analysis – mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives.
Trading the investments for all advisors on all platforms.
Money Movement submissions, RMD calculations and tracking, qualified plan distributions and rollovers: (ACH, Wire, Check, Internal).
Portfolio construction and design (based on case specifics to client).
Ability to contact clients for verbal authorization on trades for SPS Advantage and brokerage accounts.
Prepare initial product solutions for advisor review and use in client meetings.
Cash management (daily monitoring cash balances to fund income payouts to clients – trading to replenish cash for client payouts).
Monitor allocation drift (via asset allocation dashboard), trade to model and eliminate drift.
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, as it relates to servicing their accounts.
Document all client contact/calls in CRM.

Education and Other Designations:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
2+ years of similar experience
Can obtain the federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses
