• Location: Atlanta, GA or Salt Lake City, UT (100% on-site)
• Compensation: Competitive (DOE)
• Contract Length: 6-12 months

YOUR IMPACT

In this pivotal role, you'll be a catalyst for agile growth, directly influencing the effectiveness of our transformation. Your key contributions will involve:

• Knowledge Transfer Through Dynamic Learning: Develop and conduct impactful training programs for diverse stakeholders within Product and R&D, from leadership to team members, cultivating a robust understanding of agile methodologies.
• Driving Consensus in Interactive Forums: Facilitate engaging workshop sessions, fostering collaborative problem-solving and driving alignment on critical initiatives.
• Integrating Agile Practices Within Teams: Actively participate in scrum events, providing real-time guidance and ensuring teams effectively apply agile principles.
• Individualized Growth Through Coaching: Deliver targeted coaching to Scrum Masters and Managers, enhancing their leadership capabilities and agile proficiency.
• Extending Agile Excellence Across Geographies: Provide expertise and support to distributed teams within the US and potentially internationally, ensuring consistent implementation of agile best practices.

YOUR SKILLSET

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Deep Proficiency in Lean Agile Frameworks: Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Lean Agile principles.
• Proven Track Record in Agile Education: Extensive experience in designing and delivering effective agile training and interactive workshops.
• Exceptional Mentoring and Guidance Abilities: Strong aptitude for coaching and mentoring, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
• Superior Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Experience in Supporting Geographically Dispersed Teams: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote teams.
