Hiring NOW!!! Assistant Manager of Food Service for Kamehameha School with Compass-USA

As an Assistant Manager , you will join our dynamic team in Honolulu, HI, USA, supporting Kamehameha School.

Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for elite service and quality.

· Salary -$60,000 - $65,000 * based on skill, experience, and work history

· Monday-Friday Role!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists with leading food service operations following the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
Ensures the food offered to the operation's clients, customers, and associates is of outstanding quality.
Assists with purchasing and inventory.
Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other operations departments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of food.
Financial experience and business insight.
ServSafe Certification is preferred.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
Associate’s degree is preferred.
