We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and sales, with a proven ability to help clients achieve their business goals. This role involves providing personalized coaching sessions, developing tailored action plans, and offering strategic advice to real estate investors. The Business Coach must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of leading clients through complex business challenges.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to real estate investors, focusing on business development and growth strategies.
Assess clients' current business practices and identify areas for improvement, creating personalized action plans.
Mentor clients on marketing strategies, lead generation, and deal analysis.
Guide clients in developing negotiation skills and securing favorable real estate deals.
Offer advice on building professional networks within the real estate industry.
Support clients in creating efficient systems and processes for managing their investments.
Stay updated on market trends and share relevant insights with clients.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new salespeople.
Develop and deliver educational materials, including presentations and sales scripts.
Design training courses incorporating gamification, role-playing, and job simulation.
Gather feedback on training programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Listen to, coach, and grade calls from salespeople, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain updated records of coaching sessions and educational materials.
Follow up with clients to ensure they are progressing according to their action plans.
Manage CRM data, ensuring it is current and accurate.
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Coach, Sales Coach, or similar role.
Experience in sales and/or coaching at the high school level or higher is preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Google Docs/Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM software.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by a growth mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed.
