Job Purpose
As a Client Success Consultant, your role is to build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of our services and solutions. Your goal is to keep clients satisfied, identify opportunities for growth, and act as a strategic advisor. You will be part of a vibrant team, working both virtually and on-site, and embodying our mission to empower our clients to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Contractor Interaction: Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely and successful service delivery. Communicate effectively at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Client Experience: Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to offer strategic guidance. Develop long-term client relationships by adding value and meeting their needs.
- Growth and Development: Identify upselling opportunities and invest in enhancing the client's business through additional solutions.
- Consulting: Provide best practices, efficiency recommendations, and leadership guidance to enhance virtual engagements. Develop and follow up on action plans with clients and contractors.
- Organization: Use a cloud-based CRM effectively, manage time and schedules efficiently, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Operational Duties: Match contractors with clients for successful long-term relationships. Ensure documentation and communication are accurate and up-to-date. Conduct routine account reviews and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with strong organizational and technological skills.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of autonomy.
- Attributes: Self-starter with a positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to collaborate and contribute to team projects.
Working Conditions
This role offers the flexibility to work from home full-time, provided you have a dedicated and secure workspace. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, and some roles may require travel.
