Arizona Advanced Endoscopy is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Manager to join our team. We are a fast-paced ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) environment, committed to delivering the highest quality care and experience for patients and their families.

The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing the clinical departments of the ASC, including tasks such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervising staff. We are looking for a leader with proven strategies and the flexibility to foster continued growth for the business. The Clinical Director must possess excellent critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence to manage relationships with staff at all levels. This role supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization and reports to the ASC Administrator.
