POSITION SUMMARY

We're searching for a dedicated Concrete Finisher/Form Setter just like you. Dive into an immersive role where your expertise will not only mold concrete but also lay the foundations of unparalleled infrastructure.

YOUR ROLE

• With a deep understanding of standard project details, you determine the type and dimensions of forms to be constructed. Armed with your handsaw or power saw, you'll meticulously cut lumber to precision, bringing together panels and forms that adhere to the highest standards.
• On the construction site, your hand tools, plumb rule, and level are your trusted companions. Following blueprints, you erect forms, ensuring they're braced and anchored firmly, all the while maintaining specified dimensions.
• With the right tools at your disposal, you'll masterfully tie steel/rebar, laying the reinforcing base that ensures our constructions stand robust and resilient.
• Your attentive eyes guide concrete trucks, signaling them for the ideal pour. As the concrete flows, you direct it into forms, ensuring every nook and corner is filled to perfection.
• For you, it's all about the finish. Whether it's leveling concrete to the exact grade, molding expansion joints, or smoothing surfaces with straightedges and trowels, your finesse transforms raw concrete into polished masterpieces.
• As you navigate the bustling jobsite, you're always suited up in the essential personal protective equipment, from vests to hard hats, ensuring you're shielded from any unforeseen hazards.
• The construction world is dynamic, and you're always up for the task, handling other duties that come your way, ensuring every project is a testament to quality and precision.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A solid 3+ years of hands-on experience as a concrete finisher, especially adept at using a straight edge finishing tool
• Physical strength and stamina to tackle the demands of the job.
• A sharp eye for detail, ensuring the quality of every project is unmatched.
• The agility to work across diverse locations and shifting schedules. Your adaptability is paramount, especially when weekend or overtime beckons.
• Stellar communication skills, a keen sense of urgency, and a collaborative spirit that underlines our team ethos.
• Punctuality that showcases your commitment to making every project a success.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
