Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Client Services - Work Order Manager to join a growing Construction company in Irvine. This is a direct hire role paying $76,0000- $80,000 annually

Hours: M-F 8am- 5pm or 7am- 4pm - onsite, however may change as business needs change

ON CALL once every 12 weeks- Additional pay for rotating on-call shifts (amount varies based on call volume, anywhere from $150 - $500 per weekly shift)

Role Focus:

• Project Coordination: Manage electrical & lighting repair work orders across US sites, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure top-tier service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Estimating: Prepare cost estimates based on labor, materials, and project specs.
• Vendor Coordination: Select vendors, negotiate pricing, and track order fulfillment.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve project issues proactively with team collaboration.
• Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution in construction management, business, communications, accounting, or humanities
• 3+ years of experience in project management within facilities maintenance, electrical construction, contracting, or lighting services
• Skilled communicator that understands the importance of maintaining customer, vendor, and management relations
• Hyper-organized Type-A personality that thrives on every last detail; Conscientious to the T; Never late and always prepared
• Fluent with web-based and electronic organization, including Google docs, Outlook calendars, MS Excel, and Project Management software (basic photo editing skills a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $76,000-$80,000 annually
• Bonus: Performance-based profit share (5-10% of base)
• Overtime: Eligible
• Additional Pay: For rotating on-call shifts
