Construction Manager

Position Overview
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize construction schedules and oversee project timelines.
• Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project budgets and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with fencing projects is a plus.
