Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Construction Project Manager at Banneker Ventures. The role is located in Silver Spring, MD and one of the first projects that the Project Manager will oversee is a new construction community center in Baltimore, MD. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, construction management, client coordination.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
• Budgeting and Construction Management skills
• Project Management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Project).
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (ProCore, MS Project, Primavera 6, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (a plus but not required)
