We’re on the lookout for a Contract Manager/Capital Projects Procurement Specialist to join our Fortune 500 client in Minneapolis, MN! This is a 12-month hybrid contract with the potential for extension or hire. If you're an expert in EPC contracts, procurement strategies, and contract negotiation for high-value capital projects, this could be your next big move!
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) and capital projects.
✅ Negotiate & manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring risk mitigation and value optimization.
✅ Lead bid evaluations, execute bidding events , and drive supplier relationship management.
✅ Oversee post-award contract management , track performance KPIs, and ensure project success.
✅ Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, category managers, and suppliers to align procurement with business goals.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong EPC and turnkey contract experience .
✔️ Proven skills in negotiating high-value contracts and vendor management.
✔️ Expertise in risk mitigation, compliance, and cost-saving strategies .
✔️ Ability to analyze proposals, manage contract disputes, and optimize supplier relationships .
✔️ Solid understanding of contract law, procurement policies, and project sourcing .
