Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contract Manager to join a growing corporation. This is an in-office position based in the West Metro.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage contract documentation, track key deadlines, and resolve contractual issues.
  • Evaluate and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and bid requests while preparing necessary submittals.
  • Assess customer creditworthiness and review modifications to contract templates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel on contract-related matters.
  • Lead or support complex negotiations and guide teams on contract best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance contract efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, leasing agreements, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
