Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at American Marine Express in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, satisfaction, and experience to clients on a day-to-day basis. Intermodal experience preferred but not required.
