Job Description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong technical background and expertise in customer experience insights. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and take charge in leading complex analysis to identify opportunities, quantify insights and influence overall strategic business decisions. You should be adept in maintaining and building strong business partnerships across multiple areas to consult on Customer Experience priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to our Resource Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you’ll work onsite at our client’s office 2-3 times a week. You will leverage data & analytics to drive business improvements, utilize data visualization to communicate the business story, and provide strategic solutions to senior leaders. Additionally, you will build and transform enterprise-level customer experience across the organization and drive results by using descriptive and diagnostic analytics to optimize the customer journey and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of descriptive analytics, data analytics, or related experience
  • Experience building business intelligence tools
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL or R
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience methodologies
  • Strong technical understanding of descriptive and diagnostic analytic processes such as multivariate analysis, data quality, data reporting, data retrieval, etc.
  • Insurance/Financial services industry experience is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and influence actionable success metrics, and monitor/evaluate outcomes to identify additional optimization opportunities
  • Interpret complex data to identify trends to support overall business health
  • Lead the design and execution of proofs of concepts, leveraging multiple tools and techniques to develop capabilities
  • Manipulate both structured and unstructured data to work towards the design required to meet business standards and needs
  • Leverage industry best practices, analytics tools, technology trends and market data to identify and implement business strategies
