DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a DevOps engineer with an in-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle to work on the FirmGuard product, an up-and-coming enterprise tool for remote system management. The desired candidate will know how to use various tools for automating development, integration, build, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities
• Configure and improve automated build, testing, integration, and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Document and educate team members on processes and process changes.
• Monitor real-time system and product metrics.
• Manage incidents and analyze root causes.
• Manage the interface between engineering and the Production environment.
• Carry out maintenance and ensure the operational continuity of our physical systems.
• The role may include on-call duties, requiring timely response to critical incidents and system outages outside of standard working hours.
Knowledge & Skills
• 3+ years DevOps experience
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
• Jenkins setup, maintenance, and CI/CD configuration.
• Cloud Hosting Environments such as AWS or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of networking
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform
• Python (BASH is a plus).
• Git
• Docker, container orchestration
• Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and virtual machine management, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with code quality and analysis tools
• Industry recognized certification(s) related to DevOps a plus
