Job Description

The Entry Level Brand Ambassador is responsible for supporting account management within the Telecom Department, ensuring clear communication between the sales team and clients. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including Advertising, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to provide timely and accurate information that drives customer satisfaction and business results.

Entry Level Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: ​ 

• Work with customers daily to qualify them for services our clients offer, expanding brand awareness and increasing customer loyalty 

• Steward deals with careful monitoring of the delivery

• Offer service upgrades and Renewals to all customer base

• Confidently overturn objections and close sales

• Develop a strong working relationship with Client Services and Consumers

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing team to ensure that all marketing and sales elements are properly booked and executed

• Sales of new services and marketing promotions

Desired Characteristics of the Entry Level Brand Ambassador:

• Sales or Customer Service experience is a plus

• Strong communication/interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented and responsive, deadline-driven and have strong quantitative reasoning skills.

• Communication and Leadership Skills

• Willing to work within an office environment
