This position offers hands-on training in essential marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Assist in the daily growth and management of assigned marketing campaigns.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Support initiatives to attract and retain customers while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Client Interaction: Manage the needs of external customers, providing expert service and support.
• Sales Promotion: Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns and experiential marketing efforts.
• Brand Recognition: Build brand awareness through local events, collaborating closely with the Brand Ambassador teams.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and qualify them for in-store services.
• Lead Generation: Conduct activities to maintain and develop a client base for our in-store services.
• Project Support: Assist marketing associates and senior staff with specific client-related projects.

Qualifications:
