Our clients are a busy executive couple who are moving to Coconut Grove. We are seeking an Estate Manager who has experience running a large private residence, building a cohesive team, and managing hospitality/entertaining. A Butler skill set is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Assume full responsibility for the daily operation of the residence and grounds Act as the main point of contact for the principals Perform daily walkthroughs Manage and work alongside the household staff Hire and supervise vendors and service providers Perform hands-on household tasks (e.g., daily graces, guest services) Oversee all aspects of gracious entertaining Qualifications: The right candidate will have prior experience working for a private principal and a strong front of house skill set. The EM will work with the established household team to ensure the seamless running of the home. The ideal candidate has a hands-on mentality and enjoys working in a busy residence. Candidates who speak some Spanish are preferred but not required. Schedule: This is a full-time, year-round position, generally five days/week with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Compensation: Compensation of up to $175,000 offered, plus an annual discretionary bonus. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k), 15 days paid time off; 5 sick days, paid holidays.
