About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will play an essential role in providing legal support in estate and probate matters. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, communicating with clients and stakeholders, conducting research, reviewing documents, and performing various tasks related to estate and probate law.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare legal documents for estate planning and probate cases.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates.
Conduct legal research and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organization and ensure all paperwork and processes are handled efficiently and on time.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and other related tasks.
What We're Looking For:

Strong background in legal document preparation and estate/probate law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently, especially in a remote work environment.
Experience in estate and probate law is a plus.
Paralegal certification or an associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal role.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in estate planning or probate law.
