Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO. You’ll be instrumental in managing schedules, facilitating communication, and helping streamline executive operations, directly contributing to the company's ambitious growth and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, and taking comprehensive meeting notes.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication effectively and professionally.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Conduct research and gather information to assist with strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Ensure smooth execution of daily administrative tasks, including expense management, filing, and correspondence.
Plan and execute corporate events and facilitate VIP client interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
