Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Business Partner to support a group of successful entrepreneurs operating across multiple industries. This dynamic, fully onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being the right hand to visionary leaders.

As the Executive Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership to streamline operations, drive cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless execution of business priorities across several ventures. You’ll be both a strategic thought partner and a trusted executor—someone who moves easily between high-level planning and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement systems and workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for optimization, growth, and improvement across business functions.

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Lead and support multi-stakeholder projects across a variety of business areas.
  • Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Serve as liaison between internal teams, business partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and consistent communication on behalf of leadership.
  • Draft and manage internal documentation, project summaries, and status updates.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for principals and core team members.
  • Provide occasional personal and administrative support to business owners as needed.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support—ideally within an entrepreneurial or multi-venture environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks and Airtable (preferred but not required).

Additional Details

  • This role will begin as a 1099 contractor , with the intention of transitioning to a full-time position after one year .

Candidates must be local to the Bay Area , as this is a fully onsite role in Burlingame, CA .

Salary: Up to $125,000/year. Benefits stipend
