Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the mission and objectives of Kid Explorer Club Corporation.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that programs and services align with the organization's vision.
  • Manage a team of staff , mentees, and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors to enhance organizational support.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, promoting its mission to the broader community.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to operations.
  • Proven track record in program development, particularly in designing and implementing successful initiatives for children or youth.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on organizational growth and impact.globally
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising, including securing corporate sponsorships and grants.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation and financial reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in for-profit or non-profit management, education, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a socially responsible organization, with a focus on children's programs.
  • Proven track record of successful program development and implementation, demonstrating impact on community engagement.
  • Strong financial acumen with at least 5 years of experience in budget management and fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in staff management and team leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory roles.
  • Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments
  • Proven track record in program development, particularly in designing and implementing successful initiatives for children or youth.
