Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Crew Manager - Relocations Logistics Specialist at Beaty Brothers Moving located in Hendersonville, NC. The Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the logistics of residential and commercial moves, ensuring that each relocation is executed with dedication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Logistics coordination, planning, and organization skills
• Experience in leading a team out in the field and completing the mission
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle all moving tasks
• Must be able to safely lift and move items up to 50 pounds

• Ability to train junior crew members in essential tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The successful candidate will be responsible for physically loading and unloading trucks in a team environment, which may involve lifting boxes up to 75 pounds and utilizing team lifting techniques for larger items. This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
