Responsibilities

• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in using online job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough candidate assessments.
