Golf Caddie at East Lake Golf Club Atlanta (GA) 

We're hiring full time Golf Caddies for East Lake Golf Club, located less than 5 minutes from downtown Atlanta, conveniently accessible from most suburban areas of Atlanta.

Join our team as a Golf Caddie and be part of creating unforgettable moments for golfers where legendary golfers like Bobby Jones, Alexa Stirling, Tiger Woods, and Rory McIlory have forged their names into golf history. As a Golf Caddie, you will support us in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences, fostering camaraderie, and ensuring seamless course management.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-service centric, and knowledgeable on the basics of golf. Compensation is approximately between $800 - $1000 per week and ideally, you will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work full days, including weekends, as needed.  

Responsibilities
Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service.
Accompany Golfers throughout the length of the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each.
Provide course knowledge, calculate yardage, and assist golfers with decisions.
Locate errant shots for Golfers.
Maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls as the Golf Caddie. 

Education and Experience Requirements
Have general golf knowledge, meaning you could play or prompt another Golfer. Professional golf experience/expertise is not required.
Be physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day.
Be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
Candidates may also be considered if they have any of the following previous experience: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.

About East Lake Golf Club:
East Lake most recently completed a total golf course transformation by architect Andrew Green. The golf course has been restored to its Donald Ross roots, with Ross like green complexes, runoff areas, and grass faced bunkers. East Lake continues to be the home of the FedEx Cup Championship in August and the East Lake Cup in October.
