Our client is seeking an in-house digital and print Graphic Designer that will work closely with Marketing and Sales on the creation and redesigning of assets and emails. This opportunity is a remote, long-term contract. The ideal candidate will be creative while complying with branding standard guidelines. In this role, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing the timelines and expectations of multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Prepare high quality concepts, design and layout for marketing.
Prepare materials for print and Veeva approval and review production proofs.
Editing of print deliverables.
Veeva upload for approval and Salesforce for implementing emails.
Qualifications:
3+ plus years experience in Hybrid Design at a pharmaceutical agency or in-house creative team.Pharmaceutical design experience.
Respond to & provide requested artwork for projects within a timely manner.
Careful attention to brand and production standards.
Must have the ability to conceptualize and design from start to finish.
Must possess great interpersonal skills and be able to manage and speak with clients.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to be flexible with shifting deadlines within reason.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and timely follow up.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people and accept feedback.
Skills: Relevant Software/Technology Proficiencies & Experience:
Hands on Print Design for a full range of corporate communications such as banners, brochures, signage, posters, meeting guides, collateral, ads, infographics, tradeshows, and presentations.
Adobe Creative Suite: Dreamweaver, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder & InDesign.
Veeva Vault/PromoMats CLM Experience.
