WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Growth Marketing Intern to help develop ad creatives, manage our content creator program, and support marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven thinker with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing. This part-time paid internship is based in our New York City HQ.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create impactful video content for high-scale online marketing campaigns, focusing on paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Support marketing operations, including ad uploads, creative testing, and optimizations.
• Conduct ongoing industry research and content analysis to identify emerging trends and drive creative innovation.
• Source and onboard content creators for strategic asset development initiatives.
• Assist in developing creative briefs for influencer and content creator partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end creators partnerships, including contracts, rate negotiations, content approvals, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with the creative team on video production and pre-production tasks (e.g., brainstorming, casting, prop styling).
• Organize and maintain marketing resources across internal systems and trackers.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
• Creative and data-driven with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eager to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Self-motivated, with a “no task is too small” attitude — you're driven to meet deadlines and overcome challenges.
• Experience with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and content creation is a major plus.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and disruptive consumer brands.
• Available to work part-time in our New York City HQ for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2025.
