JDK LLC is a rapidly growing company in the United States, and we're looking for a dedicated Foreman to join our team in Florida. We want to hear from you if you're a self-motivated, highly organized individual with a strong work ethic! These projects will primarily consist of rental car projects but may also include commercial ventures and a variety of other initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ground-up and retrofit projects
• Perform skilled carpentry tasks
• Manage rental car projects and commercial ventures
• Ensure quality and efficiency on construction sites across Florida

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman and carpenter – preferably 5+ years
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills
• Travel Required
• Must be a licensed Forklift Operator
• Must have work experience with power tools, hand tools, leveling equipment (lasers)
• Ability to layout Projects
• Knowledge of Concrete Framework
• Physical: Ability to lift to 50 pounds; frequent standing
• Background Check
• Driver’s License Check
• NEO Test

Physical Demands and Travel Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. It may be necessary to lift, carry, or manipulate items weighing up to 50 lbs. and walk over uneven or unpaved ground to reach a worksite in a construction zone. This position may require performing various construction tasks in all areas and aspects of the project, including climbing scaffolds or platforms, working in confined spaces, and exposure to outside elements. You must wear approved Personal Protective Equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and possess specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus while working with computers and business equipment.

Computer Equipment and Software:

• Knowledge of how to use an iPad
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of Procore Software
• A full understanding of blueprint reading is required.
