• Handle Healthcare Transactions Like a Pro: Dive into processing certifications, applications, and more with strong attention to detail.
• Master Data Entry & Validation: Ensure every detail is spot-on and that all information is accurate and up to date.
• Champion Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges head-on, resolving and escalating issues as needed to keep things running smoothly.
• Deliver Stellar Customer Service: Engage with members and respond to inquiries with a friendly and professional touch.
• Manage Communications: Handle inbound and outbound calls while collaborating with our Claims, Certification, Enrollment, and Outreach teams.
• Exceed Expectations: Meet and surpass entry-level volume and quality standards in your processing specialty.
• Embrace New Challenges: Take on additional duties as assigned and be a key player in our success.

Who You Are:

• Eager to Learn: No experience? No problem! Whether you're fresh out of school or looking to pivot into healthcare, we welcome all applicants with up to three years of relevant experience.
• Tech-Savvy: You're well-versed in Microsoft Office and ready to leverage these tools to streamline processes.
• Detail-Oriented: Your keen eye for detail ensures accuracy and excellence in every task.
• High School Graduate: You hold a High School Diploma or higher, setting the stage for your next career move.
