Project Engineer (Heavy Highway & Civil Construction)

They’re looking for a motivated Project Engineer to coordinate submittals, schedules, budgets, and materials for high-profile projects spanning both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design changes, plan revisions, and schedules with owners and field teams.
• Track and manage submittals, RFIs, and timely delivery of materials.
• Update and maintain project schedules, including two-week look-aheads.
• Oversee safety practices; ensure policies are understood and followed on-site.
• Assist Project Manager with project setup, closeout, and documentation.
• Provide accurate quantities for billing, cost control, and projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field operations, subcontractors, and clients.
