Studio Define ('s owner is looking for a short term rental manager and executive assistant:
* Full time (40 hours a week) monthly fix salary; not hourly pay. Pay expectation should be in line with your own country's good pay expectation.
* Need to be able to set fixed work hour on US Pacific Standard Time for 8 hours consecutive sometime between 8AM to 9PM PST; hours needs to fixed and determined prior to start
* Require fluency in spoken and written English
I am a business owner doing business in a few areas: Airbnb rentals, interior design, remodel, real estate as well as starting in photography, and floral business. I am looking for personal and business executive level assistant with diverse skills.
The assistant role is not a regular virtual assistant role but a dynamic one that growths with the business. The assistant is to be the right hand of the company owner and must have a ability to understand the business and know the unsaid needs of the business.
The person taking this role will be involved and learn all aspects of a business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Short term rental marketing and management
* Digital marketing
* Simple website updates, photo and video editing
* Property management
* Project management
* Processes and operations
* Workflow management and automation
* Schedule and manage company owner's calendar
* Manage project related schedule and appointments
* Customer follow up and billing via QuickBooks
* Light bookkeeping
* Research information
* Coordinate social media posts
* Social media engagements and management
* Manage company email accounts and email correspondence
* Maintain company's contact database and vendor list information
* Supports other office and administrative tasks such as data entry, document archive, form development, and process documentation
Qualification:
* Experience with short term rental management, digital asset creation, and real estate an asset
* Minimum 1 year experience supporting company owners
* Familiar with office admin and project management softwares such as Google sheets, google doc, Asana etc.
* Familiar with and have copy of Photoshop
* Detail oriented
* Self-starter and proactive
* Interested in learning interior design and drafting floor plans
* Have business acumen and interested in learning business operations
