SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Kit Assembly Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining master production schedules to align with shipping goals, customer requirements, and inventory targets while ensuring quality and accuracy. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate kit assembly schedules, balances demand and supply to address fluctuations, and ensures timely planning to meet delivery and financial objectives. This position requires independent judgment to handle complex tasks and implement effective strategies, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
