Hoxworth Blood Center (HBC), University of Cincinnati, was founded in 1938 and serves more than 30 hospitals in 18 counties in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana. Beyond blood products, we also support cellular therapy and transplant services across the region. Hoxworth Blood Center: Saving Lives Close to Home. HBC is located within the College of Medicine and is the only regional blood center owned and operated by a university in United States.
Hoxworth Blood Center is recruiting for a full-time (100% FTE) Lab Associate in the Transplantation Immunology Laboratory. This role will primarily provide support activities for the laboratory, as described below. The Lab Associate will be trained on first shift, then assigned to work second shift after training is completed.
