What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Oversee Maintenance : Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks in compliance with regulations and company policies;
• Approve Interior Work : Lead and approve maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alterations on aircraft interior components;
• Communicate Effectively : Conduct crew meetings to communicate on work, safety, and quality;
• Manage Resources : Monitor and manage labor hours and materials effectively for assigned tasks;
• Mentor and Develop : Mentor and develop the technical and leadership skills of mechanics;
• Maintain Safety Standards : Keep a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety requirements;
• Collaborate for Efficiency : Work with supervisors to streamline processes and improve efficiencies;
• Coach Your Team : Provide performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience : Previous leadership experience in commercial aircraft maintenance;
• Industry Expertise : Minimum 3 years of experience with large commercial aircraft interiors like Boeing and Airbus;
• Certification : Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required;
• Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels;
• Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in using technical data and ordering parts;
• Regulatory Knowledge : Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
