Job Title: Specialist, Program Coordinator, Employee Learning & Development

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite at Salesforce Tower, 111 Monument Circle, Indianapolis 46204)

Alternate Hub Locations: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX

Contract Duration: 12 months (Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire)- (only US Citizen OR GC)

About the Role:

Salesforce is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support its Employee Learning & Development initiatives within the Employee Success (HR) team. This role will be responsible for managing the logistics and execution of two flagship leadership development programs: Accelerate (for aspiring managers) and Elevate (for current managers and leaders of leaders). The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination experience, stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for employee growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination & Execution

Oversee the logistics and operations of the Accelerate and Elevate leadership programs.

Manage program calendars, track participant progress, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

Support both virtual and in-person learning sessions, ensuring seamless execution.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for program leads within Salesforce’s Center of Excellence (CoE).

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, trainers, and program facilitators.

Provide high-touch support to ensure a positive experience for participants and stakeholders.

Technical Support & AI Integration

Collaborate with external vendors to optimize the use of technology in training programs.

Assist in implementing AI tools to drive engagement and participation.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth virtual learning experiences.

Process Improvement & Reporting

Continuously assess and refine program processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership, showcasing program value and effectiveness.

Support initiatives aimed at scaling and innovating learning and development programs.

Event Coordination & Travel

Assist with in-person learning sessions at the Indianapolis office.

Travel to Atlanta, Austin, or other locations (up to 3 times a year) for major learning events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in program coordination, learning & development, HR operations, or event planning.

Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and locations.

Familiarity with HR Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, and AI-based engagement tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Willingness to work on-site (2-3 days per week) and travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in corporate training, employee development, or HR.

Experience in Salesforce, Workday, or other HRIS platforms.

Knowledge of AI-driven learning tools and engagement platforms.
