About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a Litigation Associate to join our clients highprofile litigation practice in Boston . The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience handling complex litigation matters and be skilled in legal research briefwriting document production and discovery. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on significant litigation matters and to contribute to the growth of the practice through client development activities.

AM Law 100 Requirement:

Your Mission:

• Handle all aspects of complex litigation matters including legal research briefwriting and running document production.
• Manage and execute discovery processes.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to support pretrial trial and appellate efforts .
• Contribute to client development activities such as writing articles attending speaking engagements and more.
• Provide exceptional client service and work closely with colleagues across disciplines to meet business goals.

Core Competencies:

• Complex Litigation Expertise : Proven experience handling complex litigation matters including discovery and briefwriting.
• Client Development : Ability to contribute to client growth by participating in articles speaking engagements and other activities.
• Communication & Collaboration : Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work effectively in team settings.
• Organizational Skills : Strong ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage competing responsibilities.

What You Bring:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts .
• 3 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor when working with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail .
• Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings .
