Compensation Information Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Maintenance Planner: $30.89 - $55.61/hourly
- Potential Earnings: $113,982/annual
- Average annual earnings are an estimationdependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
- Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employees relocating to Fort Lupton, CO area.
- Starting schedule: Monday-Friday, 10-14 hours/day (hours may vary based on business needs)
Job Description and Qualifications Job Description: - Under general supervision, responsible for throughput planning, inventory management, just in time planning, material requirements, and capacity modeling, in relation to work requirements placed on the maintenance department, using all available functionality in the applicable SAP module.
- Effectively schedules work in line with the demands of the business in order to meet KPI targets. Organizes repair, preventative, predictive, and outsourced maintenance activities.
- Responsible for estimating productive hours, scheduling maintenance activities and equipment, resource allocation, and any other aspects related to maintenance job execution.
- Provides recommendations for material requirements planning (MRP) settings, forecasting, and inventory levels. Ensures adherence, accurate input, and maintenance of data into Halliburton's system of record.
- Communicates with internal customers, business lines, PM&L, and maintenance leadership to ensure planning activities are prioritized in line with business demands.
- Promotes and takes an active part in the continuous improvement and quality process.
Qualifications: - Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance planning or maintenance operations.
