Job Title: Marketing Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA - 1 day a week on site

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Reports To: Business Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

Stay ahead of industry and technology trends to drive innovation.

Identify opportunities to automate business operations.

Assess solutions and recommend custom development or third-party integrations.

Ensure IT initiatives align with business growth and sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Experience Required – Support, enhance, and optimize Salesforce CRM for business needs.
• CMS Experience Required – Manage and improve Content Management Systems for seamless digital experiences.
• Website Redesign Experience Required – Lead and support website redesign projects, ensuring a user-friendly and modern online presence.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise applications.
• Analyze workflows, propose improvements, and implement automation solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Prioritize requests, manage maintenance releases, and oversee application enhancements.
• Use data analytics to drive system improvements and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 2+ years in Marketing
• Skills: Salesforce experience required – Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and supporting Salesforce CRM.
• CMS experience required – Proficiency in Content Management Systems (WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar).
• Website redesign experience required – Proven ability to lead and support website revamp projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience (5+ years for Senior Analyst).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: BA Certs, Agile/Waterfall Certs
