MDM/Mobile Device Engineer in
Washington, D.C. The selected candidate must be a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.
Position Duties:
- Provide system administration of Mobile Device management (MDM) solutions
- Support, maintain and troubleshoot MDM systems
- Support escalation and root cause analysis activities
- Support of all updates to all documents when there is change in the transport design and/or technologies and collaborating with all stakeholders to test all related systems and processes to verify that the systems meet requirements and can host applications with no degradation to performance or security
- Address client queries over the phone and resolve mobile device related issues
Required Skills:
- 5 years work experience as a System Administrator - supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting MDM systems
- Must have experience with the following technologies: M365, Intune, Apple Business Management, AirWatch
- Must be able to work in a high-volume workspace
- Experience with current models of phones and tablets
- Strong understanding of servers & configuration & maintenance: Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016, Active Directory
- Must have 2 years' experience configuring devices with Department of Defense Security Technical Implementation Guide (DoD STIG) for the iOS or Android.
- Must have experience with troubleshooting mobile device issues such as, bugs, enhancements, user interface problems, and enrollments in a Mobile Device Managers (MDM).
- Familiarity with government best practices surrounding mobile devices is required.

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
