Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead the company’s U.S. market expansion . This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales , particularly within the home improvement, hardware, or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish the company’s footprint in the U.S. market , starting in the Bay Area .
• Identify and build relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and home improvement chains .
• Drive new business development , leveraging industry connections to secure partnerships.
• Negotiate and close B2B deals while maintaining strong customer relationships .
• Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing, marketing, and logistics strategies for the U.S. market.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities .
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities .

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in home improvement, hardware, building materials, or related industries .
• Proven success in expanding brands or products into new markets .
• Strong network within hardware retailers, home improvement stores, or distributor channels .
• Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup-style U.S. expansion .
