You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving business growth by selling our TBC Supply Division products in the commercial and industrial markets. Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute an annual business plan to meet sales targets and growth expectations.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process, from creating quotes to following up with customers and booking orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
  • Conduct onsite visits to design solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
  • Strategically identifying qualified potential clients.
  • Participate in trade shows as needed to showcase our products and generate leads.
  • Record and update all correspondence and activities in the CRM system.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Direct sales or marketing experience within a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to present products strategically to facility owners, electrical contractors, or engineers.
  • Technical product knowledge to provide pre-sale and post-sale support.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs.
  • Problem-solving abilities to creatively address and resolve issues, including application, delivery, billing, and job site concerns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment software for selection, pricing, quoting, submittals, ordering, expediting shipment, billing, and communication.
  • Willingness to travel extensively 50%-75%.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
