Vaco Denver is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead sales efforts for our valued client in the Denver Metro area. This individual will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence by cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and driving revenue growth. The role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region.
Engage with prospective and current clients to assess their unique needs, presenting tailored product and service solutions to meet their business objectives.
Provide in-depth product demonstrations and ensure clients fully understand the benefits and functionalities of the offered solutions.
Foster long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and relationship management, addressing any concerns or challenges throughout the sales process.
Stay in constant contact with existing, previous, and potential clients to share updates on new offerings, services, and product innovations.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, including calls, follow-ups, orders, lost business, and any client concerns or issues.
Commit to continuous learning regarding product advancements, industry trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to execute promotional initiatives and communicate corporate policies.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Work closely with industry partners and key representatives to enhance technical knowledge and product expertise.
Prepare and provide regular sales forecasts and reports related to regional territory performance.
Perform any additional duties as needed to support regional sales growth.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle and ability to close deals effectively.
Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and driving revenue.
Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
