Your Role as a Sales Representative:

As our Sales Representative , you will be at the forefront of our growth, managing existing accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic relationship building and hands-on outreach. With approximately 65% of your time focused on cold calling and 35% dedicated to account management, you’ll develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy to expand our reach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive Growth & Expand Your Territory: Develop a proactive sales strategy to identify, engage, and secure referral sources within your assigned region.

Build Meaningful Relationships: Network with key influencers, healthcare providers, and community partners to generate leads and drive business development.

Take Ownership of Your Success: Manage and adapt your territory strategy to meet and exceed performance goals.

Educate & Advocate: Present Comfort Keepers' services to potential partners, referral sources, and community organizations through compelling presentations and engagements.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the care coordination and operations teams to track referrals, optimize client consultations, and enhance patient care.

Showcase Your Impact: Provide regular performance reports to the Director of Business Development, sharing key wins and opportunities for growth.
