We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients — someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to ensuring every patient feels supported from check-in to follow-up.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion
• Manage appointment scheduling, referrals, and authorizations
• Handle patient communication via phone, email, and EMR (AthenaHealth experience a plus)
• Coordinate with medical assistants and providers to ensure seamless care
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays with accuracy and clarity
• Support daily clinic operations with a patient-first mindset

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a medical office or cardiology setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comfort with electronic health records and front desk systems
• A calm, compassionate demeanor — especially under pressure
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
