Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate and timely picking, packing, and labeling of pharmaceutical products in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures.
  • Verifies and documents all order components, including batch numbers, expiration dates, and quantities, to maintain traceability and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborates with quality assurance and production teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure all products meet established specifications and safety standards.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area, adhering to strict hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitors inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain personnel to prevent shortages, minimize waste, and support uninterrupted order fulfillment operations.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse management systems, barcode scanning technology, and enterprise resource planning software, with a solid understanding of cGMP and Food and Drug Administration regulations.
