Pre-Sales Consultant - AI & Technology Solutions
A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to play a key role in the sales process. This position involves providing technical expertise and strategic guidance across middleware, custom application development, and AI consulting projects . The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and communicate their value effectively to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:Lead technical discussions with clients, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and align solutions to business goals.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities.
Work alongside engineering teams to craft technical proposals that exceed client expectations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in custom app development, middleware, AI, and customer experience (CX).
Identify and qualify technical leads, supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of pre-sales materials, including solution briefs and case studies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within IT professional services.
Strong expertise in solution design , particularly in custom application development, middleware integration, AI, or CX solutions .
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of the sales process and experience working closely with Account Executives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong technical writing and proposal development skills.
