Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing tech systems integrator in the Winston Salem area who is hiring a Project Manager to join their structured cabling team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage contracts and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation and financial tracking.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Facilitate communication among team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years background managing structured cabling projects.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with cabling infrastructure (copper and fiber optics)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with Panduit, Commscope, Siemens, and Legrand.
• Excellent project scheduling capabilities to manage timelines efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• BICSI Certifications a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam.
