Heart Spring Health has space available for a full or part time provider in our collaborative office space. We are looking for a friendly and community oriented provider who is enthusiastic about working with a team to provide the best patient care.

Our providers have a passion for counseling and/or working with mental health and we could benefit from collaborating with a psychiatric nurse practitioner or provider who feels comfortable with prescribing for this population.

The practice is ideal for providers who desire having a supportive medical, reception and billing staff. We strive to have services available so providers can focus on patient care. We offer a percentage pay based on the income you generate into the practice. We need you and you would fill up quickly even if you don't come with an existing practice.
