Job Description

Join our team as a a Bilingual Recruiting Manager. In this role, you’ll be in a client-facing role that supports all recruitment, management and reporting for all clients in our branch location.

Recruiting function support will include Temp, Temp to Hire, RPO and Direct Hire staffing and grassroots activities at the local level.

You’ll need outstanding communication and organization skills and a strategic-planning mindset to foster strong, successful relationships with the clients in your assigned region. You’ll communicate and implement all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

This role will work in our local office and client location. Fluency in Spanish is required for consideration.

What you'll do:

  • Fulfill all client hiring needs for temp, temp-hire, RPO or direct placement needs in your market
  • Build and expand business in partnership with Sales team to increase company footprint in your market.
  • Track and maintain the performance and effectiveness of your Client’s hiring needs via established KPI’s and daily, weekly and monthly reports. Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement to established KPI’s.
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a team of staff supporting client needs. Provide ongoing feedback and development plans for staff to support their success.
  • Create, review, and provide critical analysis of recruiting activity for the market, devise action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear and audited communications for all recruiting efforts and special programs and initiatives.
  • Primary POC for all client onsite activity and meetings, including market analysis, marketing and media strategy, labor planning, daily deep dive, and assumption meetings.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Client management regarding all performance indicators specific to their location, discuss potential trends or concerns and provide solutions.
  • Build and foster relationships with internal business partners to ensure clear communication and direction across departments as it relates to strategy and consistency in standard operating procedures.
  • Assist and conduct and facilitate check-ins that may occur Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends for your client starts each week.
  • Assist in facilitating reviews of your Agency personnel onsite, redirect as needed, and continue to build a relationship with your active staff and manage as needed. Perform Monthly coaching sessions with your Associates based off Client feedback.
  • Conduct regular strategy and relationship building meetings with Client reps and ensure you are on track with their expectations.
  • Support all timekeeping and payroll efforts on a weekly basis.
  • Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding potential candidates as needed.

What you’ll need:

  • Fluency in both Spanish/English is required for consideration
  • Minimum of 4-years of progressive experience in management functions in the Staffing Industry
  • Experience leading a team of hourly staff
  • Experience in ATS Systems, Bullhorn strongly preferred
  • Exceptional time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to speak professionally to clients regarding both operations and recruitment
  • Experience in high volume staffing required
  • Expert ability to speak with Clients
  • Ability to quickly take action to ensure client success
  • Schedule availability on evenings and weekends as business demands
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
  • Ability to work onsite and at our client locations as required – travel 25% locally
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
