Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• They will be responsible for complete inpatient hospital setting case management in acute care looking after Utilization review, Discharge planning of the inpatient.
• They are part of the care team for the patient. Normal stay at the hospital is 3-4 days.
• They will be responsible for planning all that is required for this patient at home once they get discharged.
• They interact with the patients, social workers, RNs, physicians, and they will be recommending alternate levels of care as well

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Strong Case management experience with Inpatient acute care (Hospital) Experience within Appeals and Grievance, Utilization and conducting investigations
• 2+ years of experience in case management.
• Clinical experience as case manager
• Tools – InterQual or MCG, EPIC, Cerner. They need people who are tech savvy.
• License – Valid RN license and CPR/BLS card. CCM is good to have.
